After this course, participants will:
- Improve your crisis management initiatives by learning about the top crisis management models and theories
- Learn a wide range of theories and models applied in crisis management
- Have the skills to critically establish that there is no “best” way out of a crisis.
- Secure the theoretical repertoire that can make you think of the possibilities before a crisis fully emerges
- Acquired the methodological tools to avoid potential all dominoes impacts until the path is clear and the crisis has passed.
- Manage the general concept that a crisis is compounded when the people blame a government, institutions, and companies
- Avoid institutional loss of credibility, and reputation, and legitimatize as part of the collateral damage resulting from a crisis.
- Learn to respond wisely to help restore its standing with the people. Building and deploying a communication strategy and campaigns.
- Deploy the concept of institutional resilience, and acquire the foundations to become more resistant to affronts, challenges and failure.
